Paul on Negotiating

Negotiating is much more strategic than most people know and I’ve had several years of experience even befor real estate. In truth, the people I’ve had to negotiate with were often more skilled than the average realtor or home owner.  This is because obtaining a real estate licence doesn't make you an expert in this area. There’s a lot more to negotiating than going back and forth on numbers. I’ve had many fellow realtors come to me for consultation in this area.  I take pride in the strategic side of it. I love to win and view myself like your “attorney”.  It’s surprising how many others negotiate looking for a middle ground.  My approach is to entirely look after your best interests - it's you I work for.

 

Results

Looking back at the deals I have done over the years. There’s a common result my clients will say I helped achieve. I helped sell their home for all it's worth - then helped find their new home and get the best possible deal on it. 
 
We’ll apply a very strategic approach to everything we do.  You can expect sound advice that factors both what’s important to you with pros & cons you may not have considered.  In the end, the decisions are always yours. My approach is to make sure you are well informed when making your decisions.

Although buying and selling can sound stressful - it doesn't have to be.
